It felt deceptive that I was offered a free brass key, and after adding it they still charge you $4 for it. Also, you are forced to donate a dollar to their tree foundation, the screen gives you no option to decline. I ended up spending almost $10 to get my child one key, and I feel ripped off.
It is very convenient and easy to respond to get the key you desire. It has a few setbacks and I guess that's the convenience
