Most importantly, I've had multiple keys which it claimed to have cut properly not work at all. I think I have less than a 50% success rate with this. Meanwhile, the process of finding which type of keys it likes & doesn't like, choosing which size you should use, and determining whether you inserted it properly is time-wasting and far from a guarantee that the key you get will end up working (if it's actually able to duplicate the key at all... which is far from likely from my experience.)
