I was very unhappy with the 9W location this past weekend. My husband decided to get a "Special" car wash. but we had a text for a discount for a "Super" which is a few dollars less. They would not honor the discount as we were not getting the Super...no we were spending more on a Special. The Ipad to check is was not charged so I could not check in and use the free car wash that I had accumulated either. Nor did the girl offer to take my name and email address to check me in later. The owners are always very nice if not the nicest.. I had a problem with a worker the other day because they washed my car but did not dry it before it went outside in 8 degree weather and when I complained about to him he almost yelled at me and said there was nothing he could do because of the weather. I then was driving on 9w and my side mirrors had ice all over them so I had to go back and after speaking to the owner she said she really cared for her customers apologized and made her workers stay late to give my dads car... read more
While my car was in the bay something broke and my car was stuck. Had to be manually driven out. (Soap was already on the vehicle.) One of the guys sprayed my car down with water to rinse off soap but didn't get the driver side bottom. They drove the car out of the bay and tried wiping the car down with a towel but the soap froze to my car. I waited and thought mayb they needed more towels. Worst place ever we go there to get our cars clean and we came out we a flat tire a huge hole the side wall of the tire
one of they workers hit the side of my tire and they're saying the tire was flat already
