Chris and his staff always do an amazing job on my car. Only place I will ever go. They are so friendly and do an amazing job every time I am there. I definitely recommend going here.
Horrible horrible place and management!!! Chris manager on 9w location and Carlos manager on Broadway location have no customer service experience! Called to give a complaint to their boss about their detailing service. Chris hung up the phone when I asked to speak to his boss. When I called back was told the owner/boss only works on Saturday. My car was fully detailed but they missed a few spots and found a few new scuffs. Also my boyfriend on recommendation from me was told they would remove mold and clean his well, come to find out what was promised wasn't completed. We are both looking for another detailer.
Was just there a few days ago. Not impressed with this place anymore. Every time I go, there is always something that they didn't do. I should get what I paid for!!!
The staff's courtesy was superb, the inside of my car is the cleanest it has been since I bought it, and I am extremely happy with this thorough service!
The one on broadway is terrible! On more than one occasion I've paid for the most expensive wash and was given the economy wash, complained and they told me to go through again, for a second economy wash! No one speaks English so they act like they don't know what the problem is! Waste of time and money!
Went in yesterday for a wash and came out with a half clean car. My windows were streaky, one seat wasn’t vacuumed, and parts of my car were untouched. Things seemed rushed, as there was a ton of cars there when I was. Highly disappointed and a waste of $27. I never had a problem before but yesterday it appeared they were more concerned with quantity than quality! �
