6 years ago, we met dr. Mints due to my husband was at Los Robles about 100 days. He came to check if he was force to continue his life. He was joking with my husband, lifting his spirit. 3 months later, he happened to be the surgeon who had amputated my husband other leg. My husband got one leg amputated by dr Bui and another by dr mints. Both drs are excellent in their skills.
This is the first review I have ever left for a doctor at 61 years of age. I was referred to Dr. Mintz by my PCP. I received a call requesting to reschedule my first appointment and then my second appointment. When I inquired as to why I was told he did emergency procedures at Los Robles. Well they just canceled my third appointment 8 days before. An emergency?. I know the doctors time is valuable but so is mine and I am insulted & done.
My mom & I are both patients of Dr. Mintz & we absolutely love him & his kind, helpful staff! Dr. Mintz is an excellent physician who really cares about his patients. Dr. Mintz is highly skilled & very conscientious. We're grateful to have him on our health care team.
Since meeting Dr. Mintz, our family has been impressed with his compassion, care, kindness, humility, and honesty about the grave situation we were facing with our loved one's health. He has gone beyond what other doctor's have thought was the end of the road and we are eternally grateful.
Have not seen Dr Mintz in awhile, but he corrected a few hernia repairs for me. He is a wonderful doctor, I would recommend him highly. (I have Kaiser now or I would still go to him)
Dr. Mintz accomidated seeing me for an urgent matter. He addressed my concerns in detail and was thourough in his determination of my case. A straight shooter.
