I recently toured this community and was very impressed. The onsite manager was very friendly and welcoming! The units are updated and have a gas fireplace - perfect to cozy up for the cold season. The location is great. It’s walking distance to Minto Brown park which has scenic walking trails, a dog park and fishing right on the Willamette River. So far so good! I've only been here a few months and the landlords have been prompt with fixing a plumbing issue.
Good management. Horrible neighbor downstairs. I live in 308. She has harassed me since I moved in. Thank GOD my lease is up. I promise you, your life will be miserable living in this apartment with that lady downstairs for the rent you pay... Go somewhere else. I have never been so stressed out in my own home before.
We moved here last spring, we love it here. Our neighbors are friendly, the managers are awesome, attentive and respond to maintenance request fast and efficiently. By far the best managers I've had so far. The area is quiet and peaceful. This apartment complex is nice and well maintained, everyone who visits us always comments on how happy and nice the place feels. I could see myself calling this place home for years.
Fantastic place to rent, great Management, and well kept grounds. The area is quiet and people are very friendly. Gas heat and appliances make this Minto Park Apartments unique. Would recommend highly!
