Water heater went out — fortunate I was home. Called Norman Air and a replacement was installed by shortly after lunch hour. Didn’t want the cost, of course, but always trust in Norman Air to come through when most needed. Joseph explained everything and kept me informed. Great service.
Gavin came out this morning and serviced our HVAC units. Super polite, professional and respectful of our home!! Absolute 5 stars for Gavin and Norman air! Nathan came out and gave us several options to take care of multiple repairs. Very thorough and professional. Would recommend Nathan and Norman Air for plumbing repairs. They have also done lots of electric and HVAC work for us.
