Been a member for over 3 years now. The front-end crew is young and friendly, every interaction comes with a nice smile.
Ripped off my fog light!
I got a month member ship in November and said it was 20.00 for the month it was a promotion for the month. Yet they continued to charge me 41.99 a month after that and I have never agreed to any membership with them . I went and seen the general manager at the Lethbridge location. She said that I did not cancel it after the end of November by some text message they continued to charge me . I had a great experience with the service today. My membership had been canceled, but the staff member was extremely helpful in assisting me with renewing it. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process very smooth and easy. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. The service was excellent, and I’m very satisfied with the help I received. Thank you for such great customer service!
