I have lived behind four of Mint Properties buildings for over 15 years and it has been H*** My compliant is the trash and the quality of people they let move into the buildings, especially in ********* (next to 372 on the other side of Roblyn) in the green and white building. I have been robbed, they dump their trash from their car on the street, I have watched domestic violence, I have been harassed, I have heard a lot of verbal abuse and felt unsafe. SLUMLORDS ********************************* I lived here for almost 6 years and I liked it for the most part except for a few things;Avoid this company at all costs! Two days upon moving into this unit I was notified by management that the unit was infested with cockroaches. I was given the option to have my deposit refunded and look elsewhere. I'm renting from them now and I have bug's biting me every day I wake up with bits and I have mice they're not doing anything about it the heat is on low I'm so mad at myself for renting from them someone needs too shut down this company and if you put a review on the ******** they have someone take it down so people don't know what they getting into tell it's too late sad and nobody will help me get out of this ??

Tiffany who answers the phone is very VERY rude and should not be working with the public at all. She argues about petty things, lies, refuses to take messages, hangs up the phone on people, and doesn’t answer the phone when calling back. I called because I’m behind on rent and waiting for covid relief which I qualify for and the organization handling my case sent us both an email saying that relief money will maybe take up to 2 months. 5 years ago there was a murder in my unit and they had lied to me saying I had violated my lease and made the false claim that they had filed to evict me from my unit immediately, 3 days after, effectively making me homeless for 7 months all because I wasn't there when the murder occurred. There was no remorse for my loss. They even tried to force me to pay for the crime scene clean up, the next two months of rent and the breaking of a lease I had been there for only a month. The pictures that Mint Property post to get renters are gross and unprofessional. I wouldn't allow a dog to sleep in the pictures posted. Gross!!

Mint bought the building I live in from the previous owner, who was a great guy - very down to earth and reasonable. Mint office workers gave me bad information on multiple occasions that resulted in me paying $250 above and beyond my rent because of "late fees" that extrapolated over a 6 month period even after I called more than one month in a row and was told that I didn't have any late fee to worry about.
