We stopped into the Ankeny location after we went someplace else to get my daughters helix pierced and they didn’t have any time available. They were super nice from helping us with picking out the jewelry to getting the actual piercing. My daughter was very anxious about it and Leo talked her through the whole process and put her at ease. It was done before she even knew it started! Highly recommend for any piercings!!!
I made an appointment at Mint Piercing in Ankeny after doing a lot of research on safe and smart piercings, and the fact they were part of the APP.....Leo took very good care of me, listening to my ideas and thoughts and then making suggestions to help get to what I was thinking....He took my idea of a new piercing and made it look like part of the plan. I will definitely be back in the future for different jewelry and maybe other piercings....thanks for taking such good care of me and my ideas!!!
Walked in to the West Des Moines location knowing I wanted my daith pierced, but wasn’t at all sure what to expect. Janessa took a look at my ear and helped me pick a ring that would look nice in my ear. She told me which ones would be too big and which wouldn’t work with the piercing I wanted. She was extremely thorough and friendly making sure I understood everything that was going to happen or would happen afterward. I love my piercing! It looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
I was just pierced by Janessa this weekend at the West Glen shop and was so impressed! She was so thorough and professional I'll never need to go to another piercer again. I've been to all kinds of different levels of places for my piercings (some were before I knew any better, *cringe*) and I haven't been more impressed with the amount of knowledge and attention to detail she showed.
