RecommendedTook my daughter in to get her ears pierced. Tyler was wonderful: patient, professional, and kind. The studio was clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to take a child to get ears pierced.
After a lot of debating I finally decided to Pierce my septum even though I was a bit nervous. Thankfully the staff at Mint was very reassuring and explained the process and care of a septum piercing in detail. on top of that their location is extremely clean and we'll kept. They desplayed their extensive amounts of certificates up front for customers to see, and they also had a lovely selection of jewelry to choose from. Janessa did an amazing job with my daughter. My daughter had a bad experience with her first ear piercing at Claire's, so she was very nervous to get them redone. Janessa put her right at ease, and explained everything that would happen step by step. My daughter couldnt stop raving about how much better it was this time around. Highly recommend!
Tyler did an amazing job explaining his process, answering any questions I had and making me feel comfortable. All of my past experiences getting a piercing have been painful - I am not saying it was painless this time but it was as close to painless as it could get with Tyler's technique. Also the staff up at the front was extremely friendly and very helpful when picking out the jewelry I wanted. Overall, a very well ran, clean and beautiful facility with amazing people working there!
