Mint Performance has threatened actual paying customers with lawsuits when the post up the less-than-average craftsmanship done on their manifolds. Going so far as to reference our BMW community in their baseless threats of legal action, Mint Performance has started to dig a early grave. I cannot recommend Mint Performance purely out of principle. Not only have their craftsmanship and turn around gone down the drain, the owner will go after you when you give an honest (poor) review. He has thrown multiple tantrums across the forums he sells through. Their work used to be among the best up until their primary fabricator departed. Unfortunate as they offer what should be some of the better priced, high quality manifolds for a niche platform. I support small businesses and US made, but I cannot support Mint.

Mint Performance is the real deal! Just received my v band turbo manifold and down pipe for my m20 E30. It’s a work of art. Can’t wait to get it all mounted up, then will get the car down to their shop to have them make my intercooler piping and exhaust. Feeling very fortunate to have such an experienced e30 shop here in Colorado. 5/5 starts, would recommend 😎
they cant send manifolds out in a timely manner without blatantly lying to the customer. maybe if the product matched the description, they wouldn't have to block people on social media in order to avoid honest reviews. sincerely, the e30 community that now doesnt trust you.
Not just your average mechanic/car shop. These guys are dedicated to their craft and fair priced for their work! I was quoted on a tedious welding job another shop wanted almost double to do. My headers came out amazing, I ended up getting tiny with the $$ saved. Have been considering getting the car wrapped so I'll be going here if I ever do. Customer service is very welcoming, I would trust these guys like my own family. Only suggestion would be contact in advance because they can get very busy.
Mint Performance Provided expert advice and Top-notch service on my very complicated and extremely custom race car. They are confident working on non-OEM setups which can be difficult to find these days. I highly recommend them! I live well over an hour away from their shop and have to drive past at least 50 different other shops to get to them but I don’t think anyone is as qualified as they are to work on my car. I have never seen work that even comes close to their amazing abilities! Let me just say if you plan on getting an exhaust, don’t cheap out and get one on some website. Get it made by them because it will fit your car without any issues! Aside from this, the hard working people there are easy to get along with. Also there welds are super clean! Below is my car with the exhaust they made for me!
Amazing work quality, amazing customer service, and amazing prices. The owner Colton, is a pleasure to deal with and is willing to stand up for what is right! Cannot say enough positive things about them. If you are considering vinyl work or custom fabrication ABSOLUTELY GO TO THEM!
