Worst Orthodontist experience ever. Over 2 years and half going on 3 with her braces and now she was called in to go in by herself (minor) because only patients can enter the building. Their Customer service is the worst. If you had an emergency during Co-Vid you we’re screwed because not once did they ever return our calls after we left close to 10 messages. Her initial appointment to see them after they said they would open was rescheduled because they were not ready and had to wait. Her braces were set to come off March/A... read more

they have some of the worst customer service ever. Especially the women in the front, so rude!!! They never act professional I wouldn't recommend.
Horrible wait time every month when coming to visits. Wait time is over an hour. Always over booked and super full in the waiting area. I don't recommend this place at all.
Our first time here and very happy. Staff is very nice and professional. Most importantly my daughter felt comfortable.
The staff professional and friendly I don't have to wait a long time to be taken care off with reasonable prices and affordable payment plans I had a great experience the Dr comes in once in a while to check on patient I felt taken care off
