The customer service is less than subpar. My mom and I decided to come here for my birthday and we came in and asked respectfully for pricing. When my mom asked about pricing the owner or nail tech would say that it was an upcharge but never gave us the base price and was unclear about their pricing. The worst part was that she was rude and rough with my mom’s manicure after I guess getting upset that we wanted to know the cost of services. Every time I visit, my daughter and I leave incredibly happy! Honestly, my nails are not the easiest to work with, but the team always does an outstanding job.
I'm thrilled with the services at Mint Nails. I stumbled upon this place when it first opened and have been a loyal client ever since.
