Michael was a pleasure to work with. He made selling my car on Facebook easy and my family felt safe. He was to the point and did not mess around with pricing and did not waste my time. If selling my car again, I would reach out directly to Michael before anyone else.
Purchased Tacoma,. Check engine light for faulty converter comes on on way home. Auto Zone reads code says has been reset 3 times Called dealer " out of town" will call when return, waited 5 days. Called dealer and got yelled at for accusing him of resetting. No warranty. To bad. Stay away
Very rude! I made an offer $1000 under sticker and I got berated for no reason. I was appalled be their response.
RecommendedMint Julep definitely was NOT a typical used car experience. Every cliche about Used Car Sales is erased. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we’ve had. My husband and I can now rest easier as our youngest leaves for college next month. Michael is an honest, no smoke and mirrors salesman. No high pressure tactics; no “so what do I need to do to put you in this car today?”. Mike is the man if you’re looking for a great car and even easier buying experience. I had been looking for decent cars with decent prices with no luck. I told Mike what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. He got me in the vehicle I wanted for a low downpayment and made financing the rest possible when even I thought it wasn’t! I bought a great car for a fair price. Without even an oil change, I drove to Colorado and back last week. cresting 11,000+ feet passes with no problem. Mike is straightforward and honest about a car's condition, personable and friendly, and easy to work with. Glamorous car-camping photo in comments. I felt like a human Subaru ad. :)
