I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I was told I did not have a reservation when I called to confirm so I booked with a different hotel. And my card was charged and they said I was a no-show. Terrible customer service both times I called them.
Absolutely my worst experience with any hotel or even business in general in my entire life!!!!! Unless you plan on COMPLETELY ruining your entire trip stay clear of this place!!!!!!! The Bates motel would be a far better experience!!!!! If you do make the HUGE MISTAKE of booking here be well prepared for Chris at the “front desk” to be extremely rude to you!!!!
Great location and aesthetics!
Stayed here for three nights for a conference. Location was super central. Room was clean, nicely decorated, minimal but had everything I needed (including fast wifi!). Check in and out were easy -- staff and residents in the building were friendly. Someone was there to help me during the check in process and ring me up the elevator to the room. Overall, would definitely recommend this place.
