Really enjoyed my stay in Dallas at the Mint House by Kasa property. The units had amazing views. I was on the 50th floor and really enjoyed my time. Each morning I got to see the sunrise and each evening I got to see the sunset. Guests of the Mint house by Kasa property get access to the Tower Club which has amazing views and great food and drink. The unit was very clean and Al and his team on site made my stay great. Looking forward to my next business trip to Dallas so I can stay at this property again.

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had. It ruined my husband’s 50th birthday and our celebration! First of all, everything is done online…cool until you are in crisis! No one answers and no one texts back for hours! 4910-The first room’s toilet was not working, lamp was not working, air was not working and had a smell. Plus there’s not a tv in the bedroom…why? This property should not be marketed as a 5-star hotel. It is effectively an Airbnb with no reception, no concierge, and no on-site staff. The soundproofing is unacceptable, and guests are not disclosed that a nightclub operates directly beneath the rooms, making proper sleep impossible. When issues occur, there is no one to speak to and no compensation offered. The décor looks good in photos but is purely for social media—style over substance. Do not be misled by the marketing.
