It's always a pleasure to come to Mint Hill Dentistry. Everyone greets you with a smile. I was taken back on time, treated with care, questions answered, my next appointment made and even made an appointment for my husband for next month! Parking is easy, the waiting area is calm and it's just a friendly place to come! I recommend it highly.
Dr Sullivan and staff installed a crown. The temporary was excellent and comfortable as well as the permanent. The procedure was speedy and painless. The staff was friendly and well educated. My father was my dentist for the better part of my life and I must say, Dr Sullivan is the best I have had since Dad ended his practice in 2010. Great job.
This is a follow-up to my six month appointment with Robin and Dr. Burd last week on 2/10/15. As always, I was very pleased with the care and concern I received from both of them. The only thing I was not too crazy about is the fact that I need to have a crown redone due to some decay that has somehow infiltrated beneath the edge of the crown. We are going to be monitoring the reviews and questions on a regular basis moving forward, but at least wanted to get back to you now. Dry mouth is a major contributor to decay and sucking on mints, unless they are sugar free, can be like pouring gasoline on a fire. Dr.David Sullivan is the best. I am treated by him and his entire staff in the most professional and courteous way possible on every visit.
Years ago, before Mint Hill Dentistry, I was petrified to go to the dentist! If a sensitive spot was hit, you could peel me from the ceiling! My friend, Robin Castorina, who is a technician at MHD told me that no one should ever feel pain at a dental visit. I went to MHD and Robin and never looked back!!! I am now a pretty CALM client! Love everyone at MHD!! Thank you, Robin, Dr. Byrd and everyone else!!

Dr. Burd and his staff make going to the dentist a pleasure. I appreciate the interaction they have with the clients and how professionally they treat each other.
I have been a patient of Dr. Roupas for a few years now and I am so happy with my choice to switch from my old dentist. Dr. Roupas and his staff are extremely courteous and professional, while making you feel welcomed and comfortable. I recommend this office to anyone in the Mint Hill area looking for a dentist.
I am so pleased with myself for finding this place, and the commute from Concord Mills to Mint Hill is no sweat for the excellent care and quality I have become accustomed to at Mint Hill Dentistry.
