Dr Burd has been taking care of my teeth since 1987 and I would not consider seeing another dentist. Based on my referral, he also cares for my brother and nephew. I really appreciate dental assistant Liz, who is gentle, thorough and professional. The entire practice is first rate.
I was so pleased with my experience at Mint Hill Dentistry yesterday. The staff was so courteous and professional. Susie was very sweet and attentive. I am looking forward to my next appointment in six months.
I have had MANY bad experiences with "dental professionals". Thankfully, I have been able to work with a dentist with more passion as well as experience, and he is worth every penny, nickel, dime, and dollar.....Dr. Byrd.
My hygienist is awesome. She is great at get at her job and I am always comfortable when I have my check ups!!! I would recommend this dentist office to any one who is seeking a great practice.
I have been in NC for 3 years. I am the biggest chicken out there! I did my research on this practice and thought they were to good to be true. Made my first appointment for my cleaning, which lead into a root canal. I can honestly say this was the first time I sat in a dentist chair and did not feel one bit of pain. These dentist know how to distribute Novocaine, without you feeling the needle. Today I had an emergency visit because I felt a crack in my tooth. This was fixed and I am a happy camper! I have been going to Mint Hill Dentistry for over 8 years along with my Daughter's Carter and Emily. Dr. Roupas is by far one of the kindest and skilled Dentist's I have ever visited in my 63 year's. Never any discomfort and takes his time explaining what procedure he is doing. Simply the Best. His sidekick Susie (Dental Hygienist) is the best Hygienist I have ever been too.
