Love the staff!
Today was my first appointment and I do not believe it could have gone any better. I was treated so well by everyone in the office. I felt the conversations with everyone were genuine and I was made to feel right at home. Dr. Burd was excellent, everything was explained before anything was started. I feel bad because I do not remember his assistant's name but she was fabulous as well they worked so well together and kept me comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Dr. Sullivan and his staff should be the envy of all dental offices in the country. As a retired dentist I feel qualified to pass judgement on this office. No need to pick a favorite hygienist as they are all so pleasurable and still up to date and a definite attribute to this practice. Dr Sullivan showed me the latest imaging (dental MRI'S) technique which led to the statement I made to my wife upon leaving the office today. If you come to this office you will go to your grave with all of your teeth intact.

Every staff member, which, of course, includes Dr. Sullivan and the anesthesiologist, is friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond great customer service. Many of us do not look forward to going to a dentist/oral surgeon but this facility is one of the best around!! Highly recommended!!
After a very long time avoiding dentists, I had a horrible tooth ache. I hadn't been to the dentist in years. After having braces then wisdom teeth removed, I just didn't want to think about the dentist at all, but I had to go. A colleague recommended Mint Hill Dentistry, specifically Dr. Roupas, and I am so impressed with him and the dental hygienists who've worked with me over the past year. Dr. Burd is indeed very friendly, respectful and professional. He is so precise and informative while explaining any dental needs during my visits. And, he always asks about my family and our travel plans...that I have shared with him before. His assistant, Shirley, is also so friendly. ..which makes my visits much more relaxing and less stressful. I told her that I appreciate her skills. She is so thorough in cleaning my teeth.
