My experience at this office was awesome!!! Even though I go to the Dentist every six month as scheduled, I am always a wreck when its time to go. I was so relaxed from the time I came though the door until my absolute last second in the office. Dr. Ricker and Cindy were the best ever and I was put it ease right away. The front office staff was one of the friendliest I've met. There is no doubt that I would highly recommend this Dentist.
This is a wonderful place. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the facility is gorgeous. Highly recommend.
Monica is the best! She keeps me distracted with tales of her family and house building project. She reminds me to breathe! And she's oh so very careful with my sensitive gum areas! While my blood pressure is high at the start of the session, I leave feeling calm with a bright smile. Thank you, Monica!
I have been a patient of Dr. Roupas for several years. The facility is new and extremely nice, but that is not what makes this a pleasant place to visit. The practice really puts a premium on friendly staff. The desk staff, the dental staff and the Dr.'s are all a pleasure deal with. I have had cleanings, crowns and even root canals and the quality of service has been wonderful - and painless.
From the minute I walk in the door to the time I walk out everyone with whom I come in contact is very friendly and, as far as I can tell, excellent at their jobs. They all seem to like their jobs, too. As a result, I don't dread going to the dentist and haven't felt that way for a long time. My thanks to all of you!
