I had my semi-annual cleaning and checkup yesterday. Everyone in this office is very professional and friendly. I have been with this office for over 3 years and all my experiences with them have been great; even the difficult ones. I would highly recommend this dental group.

I was really pleased for her concern during my visit, the way she used her lunch time to complete my appointment after I missed my appointment. I also thank Dr. Sullivan for his help. Everyone from the person who greets you professionally, and with the smiling face, at the counter, to the hygienists, and providers, all top notch. Going to the dentist is never one of my favorite things to do, but the staff and doctors here make it the best it can possibly be. If you are looking for the best in the greater Charlotte area, you have found it in Mint Hill Dentistry.
Since this was my initial visit, I was most pleased and impressed with the ambiance of the office and more importantly, with the professionalism afforded me. A special kudos to the hygienist Amanda who made me feel extremely comfortable. Also a shout out to Susan who went out of her way to acknowledge the recent loss of my wife.
Never had my teeth cleaned by Sheila and she was great. Explained everything she was doing and actually taught me how to properly brush my teeth at the gum line. Dr. Byrd was great as well. I don’t like going to the dentist but y’all make it as great as it can be.😁
I went in to mint hill denistry for a consultation today and the staff and Dr. Sullivan were very nice and professional. They made me feel comfortable and they listen to everything I had to say. Many dentist don’t do this however, I’m thankful to have them and look forward to being a part of this group.
