Relatively new to the area. Our daughter has been a patient of Dr. Burd for several years and recommended him based upon her positive experiences. The wife and I have made several visits each to the practice and recommend it highly. You will not find a more professional and caring staff. The offices and physical facilities are modern clean pleasant as well.
I want impressed with the care that the staff took with me at this office. The dental assistant, Nia explained everything before she did it and that was most helpful. The Dr. listened to me and what I thought I needed before he made his recommendations. AND I was able to get an appointment the day I called because I had an emergency situation. THANKS for all of this!
I love Shirley!!! She has been my dental tech for 5 years and she is the best!!! She is very efficient and attentive to my dental issues. She knows where all my sensitive areas are because she reviews my chart prior to calling me back. Even though I see her 2 times a years she remembers me!! Dr. Sullivan is awesome as well!!!
I came to Mint Hill Dentistry recently needing some work on my teeth. After thoroughly reviewing my history and fixing some issues with my teeth I came back for a cleaning on Oct 7, 2015. Overall, nice staff, service, and quality work. I will come back for check ups and appreciate the honest opinions of Dr. Sullivan as well.
I had been looking for a dentist since our move; Mint Hill Dentistry was our formers Dentist recommendation; Highly recommend this practice; Very thorough on checking everything; I'm pleased and can take another item off our "moving bucket" list for relocating; We're pleased to find such a friendly practice!
We came to this practice several years ago on a referral from a neighbor. We were new to town and had gone to a dentist that wanted to rip out all our fillings and begin again! Dr. Sullivan and his practice have worked with the teeth and fillings I have and have provided excellent care. When they tell me I need dental work done I can believe them 100%. Four more family members (3 adults, 1 child) have moved to this dental practice. We all all satisfied.
Root Canals are never fun, however, with Dr. Sullivan and his amazing staff the visits are always very pleasant. Everyone is friendly, the practice is always very clean, and their prices are very competitive.
today i had an appointment to get crowns on 2 back teeth. however, last week i broke one of my front teeth. dr roupas gave me a couple suggestions and asked me which way i wanted to proceed, and then promptly went to work repairing my front tooth. we rescheduled the remaining work and i left with my normal smile. i have a great deal of respect for and trust in dr roupas and his staff. they do a great job
The entire Mint Hill Dentistry staff are professional, courteous and caring to your dental care. Lovely facility and knowledgeable in their fields. The make visiting your dentist easy. Highly recommended
