RecommendedPLEASANT SURPRISE! Easy-listening Christian music playing as you wait!... Massage chair!.. personal Netflix!..Great customer service!...wonderful goodie bag to-go!!!! I truly ENJOYED my visit to the dentist today. (Oxymoronic, I know.) My gums aren't even sore and beaten up from the teeth cleaning! Such a great experience with Cedar Hill Mint Dentistry.

RecommendedI’ve been going to MINT for a few years...typically I love them. Today I had a had a bad experience with the Cedar Hill location. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 11 am appointment. At 11:50 I asked how long was the wait...my issue is after how long is the front desk concerned enough to even come to you and apologize about the inconvenience? RecommendedFirst time here at Mint & loved my experience . The office staff was extremely nice & Tuan, my hygienist was excellent. Dr. George was sweet & did not tell me I needed work that I didn’t.
They were the absolute worst. They kept me sitting in their office for 2 hours and I got NOTHING done but some X-rays.
This has been a nightmare experience for me. I am more frustrated at going through so many channels to get a resolve! There is no one to speak to at the Corporate office for resolution. So approach Mint at your own risk and pray you never have to address a concern or have a problem. I have never in all my years experiences such poor customer relations.
