Starting out Mint Dentistry was my #1 place to go and recommended to family and friends. I am very frustrated with my previous Doctors (at the Carrollton location) and the customer service representatives. I was on hold for most of my conversation and over talked as if I didn’t have any say so about my concerns. Arrived to have my daughters tooth extracted for orthodontics, they had the appointment as a cleaning. Waited 45 minutes and still wasn’t called back... gave up. Found another dentist.
My first time experiencing Mint Dentistry was 04/13 & I can tell you it was everything. Brittany, was so helpful explaining everything & Estanfina, was awesome cleaning my teeth. Looking forward to my next visit 04/27 & thanks for the free whitening kit.
I went in today get my teeth cleaning today they very good to me!!! They stuff very good at what they do they!!!! They ask me what do u want to listen to music � or Netflix I choose Netflix watching my show!!!! ���� I got fillings in my 3 teeth!!! Jonny who that took care of me plus another assistant too the doctor too my first time there love it ������
Had a tooth pulled literally had no pain the day of or after. I thought I was still doped up but nope next day and I haven’t even had to touch my pain pills they prescribed! Maybe my toothache was so bad that having it out is better but I Will be going back soon to get other work done.
Went in for a second opinion on a tooth that needs a crown. They took ex-rays, the dentist tapped on a couple of teeth, they gave me a treatment plan. All fine, except they had the wrong tooth! I guess they were too busy to actually look at the ex-rays or my teeth. Oh, and was never offered the teeth whitening.
I had my first appointment today! Amy at the front desk was so sweet and professional and welcoming!! Then when I went back to the chair, Jaquae was amazing, professional and thourough!! This place is so far the best dentristry place I have ever seen!
Jaquaye Balous, RDH did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! Mint dentistry is hands down a true luxury dentist experience!!
