My first filling here in early 2024 was extremely painful and poorly done—I had to return a week later for the dentist to redo the filling properly. I was assured that I was in network with my insurance but then discovered after both procedures that I was not in network and my insurance had sent checks straight to me. I‘ve been struggling for months now with their uncommunicative billing department to resolve this (for example, their payment website is broken). I do not recommend Mint Dentistry.

Appointment was made for my children. We had to choose a later time and the staff stated that that was OK then I received a call stating that it’s not OK because they are overbooked by that time we were already on the highway on our way to our appointment we Arrive 30 minutes prior to our time as we were waiting I was informed that the insurance information was expired, which was not the case. Everyone was very nice, convenient in and out.returned for 6 mo cleaning everyone was kind again and love their toothpaste.

I made two appointments for a cleaning/ general exam and both were cancelled within 20 minutes of my appointment time. When I called they said the dentist quit and their new dentist was having “credentialing issues.” They then called me back and said I could go ahead and come in. I said I didn’t want to see an uncredentialed dentist. They offered I would just see the hygienist. So unprofessional! Would avoid at all costs.

The staff was great and made my visit very pleasant. I was well informed step by step of what was being done to my teeth. Very pleased!
