I had appointment scheduled for my 2 kids at 9:30am and 10:00am. Unfortunately we were 2 mints late for our first appointment. Dah, they always have forms to fill. They gave our 9:30am space to someone who probably came early for their appointment. Now it is 10:20am and we are still waiting. It is very frustrating.
