Excellent Dental Appointment I have taken my daughter to three different dentists, and she has had a series of poor experiences, but iKids changed that today, and for that I am extremely grateful! The staff and the doctor were all wonderful, and they truly took the time to make sure that she was comfortable, understanding that she had previously had a bad experience, which allowed her to be much more calm and relaxed, and provided her with a very positive first experience at this office. The experience was great as usual. The one thing I didn't find very professional was the way Monica spoke to my introverted daughter. Nothing I despise more than when someone asks my child if she speaks or if she's going to say anything....or even when we were called back Monica said, "hello" and because my daughter didn't say anything she rudely said, "Oooookay!" as if my daughter was doing something wrong by having a shy personality.
