I have been going to Southdale Dental for years. Even though we've moved, I continue to make the drive to Edina for my dentist appointments. I always have a pleasant experience with the friendly staff members and always leave feeling well cared for. The dentists are professional, gentle, and knowledgeable and really take the time to listen to you.

I had a 4pm appointment for a cleaning today, 12/17. Their advertised office hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday. I arrived to find the doors locked, and all lights shut off, clearly nobody working. I was never given notice of my appointment being cancelled, creating a waste of time and money for me to come down here today. Never experienced such unprofessional service, and I will not be returning.
I really appreciate the expert, friendly care by everyone at Southdale Dental. I have confidence in the care provided and the plan for my dental health going forward.
