Having suffered several days of increasing jaw and tooth aches with throbbing pain and loss of sleep, I finally called the dentist's office on Saturday morning, asking for an appointment first thing on Monday. Not only was my call returned immediately by dr. Gearhart, who already had reviewed my history and xrays, but he also recommended starting immediate treatment.
