The food was great as was the service. I've been there three times now and have not been disappointed. It has been so good we've decided to have our office Christmas party there.

The Bison Short Ribs dish is outstanding. The meat is seasoned perfectly and falls off the bone. With braised cabbage, polenta, beets, corn puree, and roasted onion. All delicious and work well together. A savory plate rich in flavor but not too heavy. Looking forward to having it again. Beautiful work, Jesse and your crew!

My wife and I went to dinner on a Wednesday right after happy hour. The dining room was mostly empty, and there were at least three servers working. We left after sitting for 15 minutes without receiving eye contact. If they had at least taken a drink order, we wouldn't have felt so ignored. This is a really poor start after just reopening. I will definitely let all of my friends know not to waste their time. Really bad start to their grand reopening.
This was my first time to the Mint to have dinner. I thought it was going to be one of those grungy bars, but the inside was really nice- almost cabin/ranch style. Nice wood floors, fun saddle bar chairs, and open feeling. I decided to order the bowl of the black bean and chicken chili, because everything else on the menu was about $15 and up.
