Love The Mint, thrilled it is open again! We've been in once but will be back many more times in the future.

The new ownership of the Mint know how to do it right! Not only excellent food, but a well thought out bar menu, specials and music, and top rate customer service. If you haven't made the time to experience the new Mint, you are missing out. We love it and plan on eating and drinking here often!
Couldn't of had a more delightful experience at The Mint. We are so happy that this restaurant is under new owners. You can tell by the food and service. Service is 5+ stars and the staff is extremely knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered a little bit of everything to try and there was not a single dish that disappointed. Can't wait to come back! The Mint is back! The new owners have a expertise it takes to pull off a fine dining experience. My dad joined me for dinner and as the owner of a specialty food and wine store, I knew he would be a harsh critic. He was thoroughly impressed with the wine list. Just had the most wonderful dinner at the Mint this evening! Everything was perfect, food, service, ambiance. We enjoyed the Faroe Island salmon special and the flourless cake for dessert. There are a lot of new restaurants popping up in the greater Bozeman area these days and it's not often that I am compelled to write a review after the first visit. We felt right at home upon walking in the door! Job well done, we will be back soon!
