About this business

Editorial fromMint is not just a frequently used herb in Indian cuisine. It's also a decent Indian restaurant in Midtown. The space is painted in hues of green and yellow, and accented with fuchsia drum lamps; the waterfall adds a soothing touch.…

DEFF NOT WORTH IT! – I will just sum it up... Mint is not a place to get authentic Indian food. The place is very nice, no doubt about that,BUT the food is horrible. It came out cold and just did not have any taste to it. all the curries tasted the same. It is also way too expensive for what you get. The service is just OK. If you want authentic Indian there are many places near mint.

Authentic Indian Cuisine – Mint was very enjoyable. I made reservations for a Saturday night although it was not crowded upon arrival. I had the chicken and scallops entree with a spicy green sauce infused with mint which was amazing. Also, alot of their food is entertained by the whole theme of "the mint leaf." I definitely had a few mojitos as well which were quite nice. I would suggest this for a l;arge group or a date. Good time, good food.

Delicious food! – I love Mint - it is one of my 3 favorite Indian restaurants in the city. The food is delicious - not too bland (I usually get spicy), and not too heavy. I highly recommend this place for fine dining. It is a bit pricey, and the ambience is good but a bit dark. I wish it was closer to my place so that I could get frequent delivery.

YUM – The food here is incredible, the service is also very professional. The drinks are so so, and the decor is more upscale. Will definitely be back!

Among the top 3 Indian restaurants in the city – I've been to Mint often and continue going there. I am from India and went there recently with my family, and we all unanimously agreed it was the best Indian food in the city currently. I say currently as the consistency of Indian restaurants in the city varies considerably. Try the lamb chops here, they really are to die for.

service not as good as i thought it would be. – The food was nothing special that it would've been and I think that the food had to do with the mint flavor. the kids wouldnt enjoy that much of the mint flavor in the drinks and food. The service was okay and it took me a while to get seated. By the way next time only have indian spices and foods on the menu because the american food didnt blend in with the indian culture.

Super – This place is great! I give it 4.5 stars. We had the chicken samosas, lamb vindaloo, Goan fish curry, rosemary naan, tamarind rice, and rasmalai (homemade cheese ball cakes with syrup). All of the food was absolutely delicious! The samosas were a little small, but still tasty and crispy, and was accompanied with mint and tamarind chutneys. The lamb vindaloo was a "traditional spicy Goan-style" and was quite spicy (which I'm not very fond of) but still very good. The fish came in a delicious orange curry sauce that wa... read more
