I was shopping around for a truck and got a good deal on a used 2019 Ram. Austin at Cartiva helped me out. He had me test drive it and then I was sold. I left happy and with cool truck.
Great customer service from Josh H. He was patient and courteous. Gave us excellent attention and never once even pulled out a cell phone. That's extremely rare these days. The buying experience was long due to paperwork (which is normal), but smooth otherwise.
It was very busy the day my husband and I were shopping, and Will was very attentive. He and some of the financial staff stayed late after closing to finish the paperwork so we could take our vehicle home that day. Highly recommend!

Justin the sales manager took great care of me. He was very patient with me while I looked for the perfect vehicle that would fit my needs. I bought a beautiful Highlander. Also a big shout out to Josh Nelson in finance. He found me the best rate and the process was quick and seamless .
