Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Yes, I was very disappointed Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient
