Great medical staff but watch your money up front! Check-in clerk took my payment and said she would give me a receipt when I was done "if you want one." (Who DOESN'T keep their medical receipts? It should be given as a matter of course!) I had paid the $30 copay with two of several $20 bills straight from the ATM, but when I asked for my $10 change from the girl who had taken my money, she insisted I had given her $30.
