I have to give a huge shout out to MinnSpas ! It is a locally owned business that sells and services hot tubs. We bought a hot tub from them a few years back and I can not say enough good things about their service ever since! Most recently I noticed my hot tub was not heating (at 630pm), we reached out vie messenger to the owners and within an hour they were here (in the freezing cold) checking it out and making sure everything was working correctly!

Our recent purchase of a new tub was easy with the helpful staff at MinnSpas! They listened to our requirements and offered insight and options. At the time of install they took the time to see that things were set up properly, and even gave us tips and suggestions that helped us adjust from our old model tub to the new one. Great service from some really nice guys! Thank you!

Great service! We bought a used, refurbished hot tub and they were helpful in getting it moved into place and guiding us through set-up. Also very knowledgeable about parts and issues that we discovered once it was up an running.

I experienced a leak in my hot tub just as the weather was changing with freezing temps coming overnight. The staff was able to get me the part to fix the issue the same day, and show me how to fix it myself. Thank you for helping me out in a tight situation!
