Pretty sure they went out of business, all phone numbers are dead and they don’t respond to emails.
Placed an order for seat cushions, then realized I order two of the same rather than the back and seat. Company does not list a phone number, so sent a contact via their website and via email to their info mailbox to correct order. Heard nothing. Now with one wrong seat cushion, trying to return and once again, the web site contact yields nothing. A true black hole when it comes to customer service.
i work for a forklift company and have tried contacting them multiple times to get quotes on parts and never hear back form them. i would not recommend using them at all.
No phone number to contact customer service. Received wrong parts, and parts always arrive a day late.
No way to find out the status of the parts I ordered 2+ months ago. There are no email responses, all the phone numbers are invalid and every avenue of pursuit to find a contact leads to a dead end. Utterly disturbing.
