I just left this facility after being told they could not assist me because I did not have my mask on properly! I’m highly claustrophobic and to be able to even wear a mask I pull it down enough at my nose to breath. The lady at the counter asked me to pull my mask up, I told her I could not and why. She then asked me to pull the mask out from my face, I DID! As I’m standing there with my mask pulled from my face as asked, she cowardly walks off and comes back with her manager who tells me if I cannot wear my mask properly he cannot assist me! I’m there to pick up my Mothers life saving meds who also stays home with her husband who has dementia and was refused even after doing as suggested!
