I just left this facility after being told they could not assist me because I did not have my mask on properly! I’m highly claustrophobic and to be able to even wear a mask I pull it down enough at my nose to breath. The lady at the counter asked me to pull my mask up, I told her I could not and why. She then asked me to pull the mask out from my face, I DID! Got treated like garbage today. Arrived at approximately 10:55 am. Filled out paperwork. Waited... (waiting room cleared multiple times while waiting)... 12:40 pm they call me up.
