I purchased an E63 AMG from this company and I am in the process of trying to call them to have assistance on a potential future purchase. I have left 2 messages. One was left 3 days ago, and one 4 hours ago. I still do not have a call back. I might have to physically drive to them to get service. Pretty pathetic.
If you are looking to purchase a vehicle these are the people you want to deal with. They had the vehicle I was looking for at a very fair price and the whole buying process went very fast. I did not have to deal with multiple people and spend hours waiting for my turn with their finance person. Those guys are so awesome. I am so glad I went there. I am so greatful to them. It was hassle-free, fair price, low interest rate and got the car I wanted. Unless you like the hustle and bustle of car shopping all over town, then you better go to Minnick. This will be the only stop you make. Terry,Nick, Jim, you guys are the best.
AWESOME!!!! I was looking for a Cayenne for a while and found a beauty and the price was really fair. Minnick takes the hassle out of buying a car. I dealt with Nick Clark, he was great, but the they whole staff over there was great. They knew the vehicle inside and out and went above and beyond.
