When I called to ask a question about my husband's medication, the staff was very rude and acted like it was a bother to answer the question.

I love Minnich's Online Refill option on their website. I can place my refill order any time of day and they call me when it's ready (usually by the next day). The pharmacists are always willing to answer my questions via phone or in person. Minnich's also has the best card selection for a wide variety of special occasions.
I had similar experience - not very helpful staff.
I have worked in healthcare for over 25 years. I have never had such a rude and unprofessional experience as I just experienced at Minnichs with my mother. My 81 year old mother made her selection and brought it to the counter. She has difficulty standing. As she held on to the counter to steady herself , she patiently waited to pay for her purchase.
