RecommendedMinnetonka Hills is one of the BEST places I've lived (which is near a dozen places, due to transient lifestyle). The staff is always helpful and always wanting input on how they could improve! One of my FAVORITE apt layouts! So stinkin CUTE and was so easy to decorate because of that!

If someone states Minnetonka Hills Apartments doesn't value their residents...then THAT person must not've been a good resident. I've resided here 10+ years & have ALWAYS felt as though I've been listened to & treated with the utmost respect. The staff has changed over the years, but in each one that is employed here, they take pride in being a part of this community & are always willing to lend you a hand. I have never felt so welcomed in a community anywhere else & I am proud to call Minnetonka Hills 'My Home'!
Lisa Moy has the most creative patio. She even made her pillows.
My cousin Gloria Jimerson has a lovely apartment.. And patio it's the best!!!
