Jim was very reliable on the windows . He was courteous, easy to talk to and explained everything clearly. I would hire him for furure home projects.
I called up Jim from minnesota window. My neighbor referred me! His crew had my roof done in 1 day ⚡️and my roof is not small. It was extremely satisfied with the whole experience! Jim Pope was very knowledgeable and professional when it came to answering all my questions about the window instalation process. Great guy and great company!
If a negative rating was possible, i would choose that. Terrible customer service and communication. On top of that the patio door I got installed leaks water into the house when hit with driving rain, is improperly insulated, and allows bugs to crawl in through the track.
Jim was very rude to my husband and me. We are new homeowners and were hoping to have a better understanding of what all goes into new siding and roofing. Instead of helping us, he belittled us and stormed off in the middle of the conversation. PLEASE DO NOT LET HIM WORK ON YOUR HOUSE!
