Jim Pope was very knowledgeable and professional when it came to answering all my questions about the window instalation process. Great guy and great company!
If a negative rating was possible, i would choose that. Terrible customer service and communication. On top of that the patio door I got installed leaks water into the house when hit with driving rain, is improperly insulated, and allows bugs to crawl in through the track.
