Everything was great
just a cleaning from Laura but great as usual.
They do things I have never had with anyother dentist
Very positive experience - My hygenist is awesome - This is coming from someone who dreads going to the dentist.
Every thing went well except the hygenist for the first time ever used some spray device for cleaning that I was very annoyed with because it sprayed all over my face and felt sticky. I told her that I did not like that process and she said she would make a note of it! She could tell I was uncomfortable with the process because I asked when did they start using that spray to clean teeth. I asked for a wet towel to clean up with.
Hygenist was interested in me, listened attentively, asked my permission for x-rays while providing the information I needed to make my decision, explained what she was going to do, gave me feedback on my home care, and was skilled and thorough in her care of my teeth.
Excellent.
Dr. Mehta and his assistant did excellent work!
Karen is the best! She is thorough, professional, friendly. I have recommended her to family and friends. Of course, Dr Bettes is, too! Always a pleasure to come to the dentist!
