Minnesota Roofing Company installed a new roof, window and door wraps at my home after they were damaged in the August 11th hail storm. This was my first experience with a large insurance claim. Explain communication with Jake and Carl about the process of getting the work completed. Very nice guys and great to get along with. The cost was reasonable even if the insurance company paid for it except the deductible. The clean by the workers was quick and you would not have known a roof had been put on the day before. Thanks to at Mn Roofing for the fine work and job.
Great to work with! From the sales rep to the project manager and customer service I did not have a bad experience. Everyone communicated really well and were accommodating to our needs.
Minnesota Roofing was outstanding! From two experienced roofing crews to onsite project management, they were excellent. Carl was onsite every day supporting and interacting with the roofing crews. They covered perimeter areas with tarps and took care to not damage personal belongings or gardens/pots. Very little debris escaped their tarps. Our roofs look amazing!
I would not go with this company if you want your complete satisfaction to be their priority. -We experienced our first ever ice dams causing leaks into our home -Andy did a free quick roof assessment -We asked him to check the lower back roof area for roof and shingle damage due to ice dams, and to give us a quote for roof repairs -He quoted us almost 8K for a full back roof replacement with no explanation, not what we asked for -My husband followed-up, asked again for only a roof repair quote -Andy then stated that a full ... read more

The customer was notified, before the contract siding that we have a $800 job minimum on all jobs, even if its just caulking, or 1 vent, or a shingle repair our job minimum was $500 before COVID however with the rising cost of everything we bumped it up a year, ago. I contacted ***** requesting some immediate roof repairs that were needed to satisfy my insurance company. This is an older roof and was not installed by Minnesota Roofing. It was the first time ***** and had talked. These are some of the good guys. Everyone I worked with was friendly, honest and responsive. Didnt leave me hanging. Great communication and excellent work done in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof or siding work. They struggled through a difficult insurance claim and got the work done to my satisfaction without extra charge.
