They sold over 10,000 dollars of my stock on March 3rd and I have yet to receive the check! They won't give me proof of mailing either. They won't tell me where my money is. I hired a legal team to deal with them. My attorney advised me to report them for misconduct to the SEC and MN attorney general. If they refused to o give you your stock pay out take pics of the paperwork you sent and any emails & send to report them! Not ok! I've been trying since January to sell my stock and get the money. They stopped auto payments and now I have late fees, because I didn't know that my autopay wasn't working until it was already late. Leave it to this company to screw you to their benefit.
MN Power switched one of their programs for automatic payments. I've tried logging in with our account number, followed all the instructions and still no success. I've clicked on the link for the company that handles the bill payment but do not find where to enter my information. I've called several times for help and just told to go on line.
