Worst power company I have ever dealt with update your shit
I would give no stars if possible. When there is a problem, they solve the problem to their benefit. And then when you try to contact them to discuss it. They will not return your phone calls. And basically ghost the person. The biggest problem is that there isn't any competition, so they can do anything they want. And that is not the way monopoly's aren't supposed to be legal.
I talked with Timonthy with customer service,he was so kind & understanding. He walked me though setting up my online account, and also gave me information for heating assistance & the guidelines for that program. He was very pleasant to talk with and helpful.he knows his job very well. Answered all my questions quickly..very happy with the service he provided.
