MN motor has always given me great service. I would recommend them to anyone.
My engine light came on after work on Friday. I stopped at the service department at 4:00. They took the time to check it out and replaced a sensor. My truck was ready to go 50 minutes later. I was so relieved it was taken care of before the weekend.
I had a good experience with them. I think my car is done for, but they are very polite. They have nifty vehicles.
When it comes to customer service, MN Motors is really lacking. We purchased a what we thought was a “clean” vehicle, and found out later it was not. We have had it for a couple years, and found out the passenger side had been poorly repaired. There response was “Well what do you want US to do about it?” Understandably they didn’t know about the problem until we addressed it, however, as a business, they should have bent over backwards for a $35,000 vehicle that we purchased. Was going out of town on Saturday and needed an oil change! Stopped at Minnesota Motors on Friday afternoon and was greeted by fast and friendly service technicians! They vacuumed my floor mats, changed my oil and had me on my way in under 20 minutes!
