I received therapy from Adam while he was learning about Emdr. He had me sign a contract stating I would not talk in the therapy session.when I spoke he ended the session. As a client during this time, this was confusing and harmful for me. It was poor behavior and lack of boundaries on his part of insisting a new therapy with a patient he was not yet even certified for. (EMDR) I have since found EMDR a very helpful therapy with a more professional person.
This whole experience was disorganized. The intake person was nice, but then we had to get scheduled and rescheduled three times because each therapist the intake person recommended was not available. We finally saw someone twice, but I called and emailed multiple times to schedule again and never got a response. I then got an overdue notice on the bill when I never had received an earlier invoice!
Joe needs to fired he is a horrible counselor. He isnt the type of man you want helping you with your drug addiction. Leah, Kayla, Maddie, Bri, and Marie are all at the top of there game and profession. Continuously looking for new ways to help and service their case load in the best ways possible. The techs are understaffed with precision and efficiency. Mackenzie and others are approachable with a need to problem solve and resolve any conflict with compromise. They scheduled a 3-hour test that only took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then, for the next test, we arrived just 10 minutes late, and she canceled the appointment because she was “busy eating.” No consideration at all for the fact that we drove a long way and took the day off for this appointment. It really feels like they’re just stretching time to bill the insurance. Very unprofessional—I do not recommend this place at all.
Tormented. Abused. 50 days mo sleep. Poor sanitation.
