I never really liked flowers, that is I always try to give them to others and what better flowers to give than the ones that comes from here, they have the best arrangement ever.
Fantastic Arrangements When I ask for an arrangement and give an amount I want to spend, the results I get are always wonderful! They do tend to run late, but for the long-lasting and beautiful arrangements, I have to forgive and look forward to future arrangements/flowers! /TRF

They are the worst florists if you want anything on time!!! They are always almost ready and dont start your order until you are supposed to receive them. They give you the run around and never answer their calls. Avoid the stress and go elsewhere. I ordered silk flowers which could have been done in advance. A week later and I am still waiting two days overdue!! Check your receipts because they also overcharged me...they corrected it but it meant an additional trip to them. I am sitting here now...still waiting!!

THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON TIME -- I ordered a family spray for a family member's funeral and it arrived about 30 mins after the visitation started and this was after a call was placed by the funeral home attendant. A plant sent to me by my job arrived about 30 mins after the service started and another plant was not even received until after the service was over . I was very hurt and very disappointed. I have received at least two arrangements from this florist for my birthday and they have been just beautiful. They also lasted for a week. I liked these so much that I switched from my own florist and will be giving them a try for a funeral for a family member. stay tuned.

THE ONWER AVOIDED ME FOR A WHOLE WEEK AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. THE OWNER TOLD ME I COULD GET A REFUND ONLY AFTER THEY RETRIEVE THE THE FLOWERS FROM MY FRIEND. BEWARE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. THEY DELIVERED FLOWERS THAT DIED IN A DAY, PROMISED TO REPLACE THEM AFTER VALENTINES' DAY AND RENEGED ON THAT PROMISE. THE REASON BEING I DID NOT HAVE THE DEAD FLOWERS. THEY EXPECTED ME TO KEEP THE FLOWERS FROM WEDNESDAY TO TUESDAY, BUT NEGLECTED TO INFORM ME OF THIS UNTIL AFTER I CALLED TO CHECK ON REDELIVERY.
