Does not support Vets and First Responders!!! Had a recent experience with Minnesota equipment when trying to purchase Torro equipment that was part of Torro's American Hero program. This program offers an 18% discount off of the MSRP for the qualified items to current and former vets, police and firefighters, first responders - however, Minnesota Equipment only offered to honor in their own way by jacking up the price then applying the discount - not as Torro has advertised. Jayson Pauls -sales at the Savage location is very rude and not helpful. Each time I have visited this location he does not look to even be working. If you ask him a question, he is short and rude. Standing waiting for help while he sits and takes personal calls on his mobile. One other person was being helped by another sales person while Jayson just sat there.
